It takes nearly 1,700 volunteers to make New Wine Festival happen and we’d love for you to be part of it!
There are more than 30 teams including Venue Welcome, Arts, Stewarding, Medical, Media, Kids and lots more.

WHY JOIN our ONE TEAM?
Play your part before, during or after New Wine Festival to make it a place for people to gather and encounter God.
As a thank you, we’ll provide:
£35 full-time team ticket
Two team t-shirts
Three meals a day for full-time team (if opted in)
Access to the Team Lounge which has free hot drinks and snacks
Access to Big Top main session talks after the festival
Please note that all team applications will close on Tuesday 14th July 2026.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
You must arrive on Monday 27th July 2026 and be available for the full duration of the festival, including packdown of your venue/team area.
If you are under 18, please check the age requirements of your team.
Make sure you have your own, unique email address.
Have the contact details of two referees, who must’ve known you for 2+ years and cannot be a family member, partner or applying for the same team as you at New Wine Festival 2026.
Some teams will require a DBS check which can be applied for, free of charge, through New Wine. Click HERE to find out more information about both steps of this process.
