new Wine Kids
New Wine Kids is the place for all children aged 1–11 to enjoy the best of the festival in their own way - with loads of fun, friends and faith-filled adventures!
Kids Groups
If you’re booking a full-week ticket (whether you’re camping or staying offsite), your kids gain access to their age-specific groups led by the best kids’ team around – well, we think so!
Morning sessions (and evening sessions for Reception–Year 6) run at the same time as the main adult Celebrations, so while you’re at yours, they’ll be having just as much fun at theirs - with games, worship, stories, activities and plenty of great surprises…
Drop-In & Intergenerational
For little ones or those who’d rather stay with you, we host drop-in spaces too throughout the rest of the day. Stepping Stones is a relaxed, toy-filled venue for families with under 5s that opens from early morning till the evening, whilst our Intergenerational activities are the places in the morning and afternoons for whole families to engage with God through play, worship and teaching for all ages!
FUN ZONE
Don’t forget to visit the Fun Zone, where families can enjoy even more outdoor activities together - rides, entertainment, the iconic BIG WHEEL and lots of family-friendly crafts and games!

Gems (1-2)
“As we play with new friends, have space to run, listen to Bible stories, worship Jesus and let Holy Spirit touch our hearts in our Encounter-play, we know we will have a precious week with Jesus.”
Gems sessions run in the morning, where children are invited to learn about God through stories, songs & play. The best way to prepare your children for the sessions is to pack a small bag with all the items they may need whilst in the groups, ready for drop off. We’ll do our best to settle children so that you can enjoy the main venues, but will be in touch if we need to via your contact number.
Pebbles (3-4)
“Your little ones will have fun with storytelling, play, creative prayer and worship to introduce them to Jesus and help them start a life- long journey with him! “
Pebbles sessions run in the morning, with lots of craft, play and time for stories. The best way to prepare your children for the sessions is to pack a small bag with all the items they may need whilst in the groups, and ensure they have been to the loo before drop off time.
GROUNDBREAKERS
(Reception - Year 2)
“At Groundbreakers, we’re on a Spirit-led adventure to discover our identity and calling in Jesus, as we walk in bold faith to do the things He did and change our world for His Kingdom. Whatever happens, we know it's going to be the adventure of a lifetime!”
Groundbreakers runs in both morning and evening, with front-led drama and worship, as well as a rotation of craft, outdoor sport and group time.
Rock Solid
(Year 3 -Year 4)
“At Rock Solid we are so excited for an action-packed week where we will discover the role of the Holy Spirit, the importance of the Church, the joy of community, and the life-changing adventure of following Jesus!”
Rock Solid sessions run in both morning and evening, with front-led drama and worship, as well as a rotation of craft, outdoor sport and group time.
BOULDER GANG
(Year 5 - Year 6)
“We are Boulder Gang - New Wine’s ultimate group for 10–11s! It’s going to be big. It’s going to be messy (think gunge!). It’s going to be brilliant!”
Boulder Gang sessions run in both morning and evening, with front-led drama and worship, as well as a rotation of craft, outdoor sport and group time.
STEPPING STONES
(0-4s Drop In)
Stepping Stones creates space for families to encounter Jesus together. Opening at 05:30 for the early risers, there’s a warm welcome, hot drink and toast, and activities and toys as well as times of play in our daily family praise, story time, prayer and worship session. In the evenings, there’s a live-link to the Big Top for the Celebration.
Adults are required to stay with their young ones in this venue.
How does it work?
When you book in, you’ll need to complete our additional ‘Kids Registration’ to make sure we have all the details to ensure they’re safe within their groups, and can get in touch with you during the sessions if needed. Once you arrive onsite, you’ll also need to come to the Kids Zone on Day 1 to let us know you’ve arrived and confirm that all the details are correct. All children going into groups are dropped off before their sessions and collected after from their venue within the Kids’ Zone. All parents/guardians will be given a collection card at drop off, which need to be brought with an approved adult to pick up your child at collection. Within the Kids’ Groups, your child will be placed into a smaller group with a team of group leaders and helpers. In the younger venues, these groups are smaller, and larger in older venues. If your child has a friend in the same venue that they would like to stay with, please bring them along to the onsite registration time together to help us assign them in the same smaller group. Most Kids’ Groups rotate around different activities such as front-led stories with drama, craft, sports and group time as well as age-appropriate worship songs. If you have any questions or concerns about Kids’ Groups, please get in touch with us at info@new-wine.org.
